Admissions

Surgeries/Dentals: Most elective procedures such as spays/neuters and dentals are done on an appointment basis Monday through Friday.  These procedures can usually be scheduled within a couple of days.  Surgery admissions are between 8:00-9:00 am the day of surgery.  You will meet with a Licensed Veterinary Technician, who will take a brief history and explain the procedure.  Please allow 5-10 extra minutes for meeting with the technician.  Most procedures are completed before 3pm, so we ask that you call after 3 pm to find out the status of your pet, if you have not heard from us.

Most dentals & cat neuters are able to go home that day.  Dog and Cat spays and dog neuters spend the night so a post-op check can be done the following morning.  When you pick up your pet you will receive a post-op instruction sheet and the appropriate pain medication to keep your pet comfortable during his/her recovery period.

Drop off  Service: Sometimes it may be necessary to drop-off your pet for extended treatments, convenience, or if we are booked on appointments.

We do offer a drop off service for a small fee. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for paperwork and questions.  This allows our doctors to become more informed about how your pet has been doing recently.

*To Save time you can print out the drop off form that is on the home page of this site.  Fill it out at home and bring it to the hospital when you are bringing in your pet to stay with us.

While in our care, your pet will receive a soft towel, water, walks and lots of TLC.
