Sycamore Vet Offers a Full Range of Veterinary Services

Appointments

Sycamore Vet's appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. By staffing four doctors everyday, our goal is to be able to see our patients within 24 hours.  Sometimes because of a full schedule, this may require you to leave your pet with us so we can triage, examine, and treat your pet that day.

Emergency Vet Services & Urgent Pet Care

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty six days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually, an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Pet emergencies can be traumatic events like being hit by car, snake bites, or poisonings such as chocolate ingestion, rat poison, or sugar-free gum. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment, do not hesitate to call. Calling before you arrive allows us to prepare for the emergency, and guide you as to what is best for your pet's long-term needs.

Sycamore Vet is also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment, our veterinarians and staff will accommodate you and your pet in a timely manner.
