"I found this place after moving to the area. I used to drive an hour to a vet in king William because care of my animals is that important to me, but now I have found a new home for my fur babies. Some of the things I noticed immediately were that one of the vet techs remembered my dog from a sore brief encounter. That is amazing. She made him and me feel so welcomed by that. I also love the facility and how they always seem to be able to get you in. It's super clean and they don't talk down to you. They explain things in an informative way, yet also making you feel comforted and aware of the process. My dog had to undergo an oral surgery, and afterwards the doctor called me to let me know how he was doing. She even checked up on us the next day. Not the front desk, nor a vet tech, the doctor. How wonderful! So grateful to have found this place, and definitely encourage you to try it."
