After graduation from vet school in 1995, Dr. Murphy practiced in the Raleigh-Durham, N.C. area for almost two years before relocating to Richmond with her husband. She has been a team leader at Sycamore Veterinary Hospital since 1996 and loves all aspects of veterinary medicine — especially educating new puppy and kitten owners. She spends her days off with her two sons, her ponies Toby and Cowgirl, and her Labrador Retriever Emmett.
